We advise and represent clients who have a portfolio of several properties, investment properties, individual commercial or project properties and business locations. We analyse and assess the legal risks associated with property transactions (acquisition, sale, rental, leasing) and prepare individual contracts for the purpose of implementing commercial objectives.

Our advisory and representation activities include the following in particular: advice and representation in acquiring and selling property, due diligence for buyers and sellers, facility management, contracting, property leasing, leasehold, drafting and negotiation of commercial and residential lease agreements, lease law, residential property law, as well as nationwide representation in judicial procedures concerning land, home ownership and property.

We concentrate on the following areas of construction law in particular

  • Construction contract law
  • Construction litigation / defects litigation
  • Architect and engineering law, project management

We advise and represent our clients in drawing up contracts, negotiating and managing contracts in private construction law, as well as judicial proceedings (construction litigation).

Our work in the field of construction law comprises the following in particular: contracts for construction, prime contractors, general transfer, project management, architects, engineers and maintenance, as well as supplementary reviews and enforcement, support with negotiations, the assertion and enforcement of claims for compensation, default and damage in construction, as well as defence against such claims.

Thesis: “Die Wirtschaftsförderung in den neuen Bundesländern – Rechtsgrundlagen und Praxis unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des EG-Beihilfenrechts” (promoting the economy in the new German federal states – legislation and practice, taking special account of EC laws on state aid).
