Notary public and attorney liability

In the field of notary public liability, we are specialised in the judicial representation of notaries public on behalf of the German companies providing the liability insurance.

We act in an advisory capacity regarding professional partnership and liability law for law firms and support colleagues particularly in respect of limiting their liability risks through contractual arrangements, agreements on limitation of liability and the choice of legal form.

Studied law at the University of Constance and the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

1992 Dr. iur. at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Thesis: “Die Wirtschaftsförderung in den neuen Bundesländern – Rechtsgrundlagen und Praxis unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des EG-Beihilfenrechts” (promoting the economy in the new German federal states – legislation and practice, taking special account of EC laws on state aid).

Second State Examination in Law in 1993.

Admission as lawyer (“Rechtsanwalt”) in 1994.
