Transformation of legal form, mergers, business combinations and spin-offs
In the field of corporate transactions, we advise and represent our clients particularly in all areas of reorganisation and corporate law in the acquisition and sale of companies and shareholdings, as well as in the event of shareholder changes. We provide support for our clients in all phases of M&A transactions. Our professional work also encompasses advice and support in all phases of business succession.
In handling corporate transactions, we work closely together with our labour law department wherever appropriate (e.g. in examining the consequences under labour law of transferring operations, in matters affecting works councils within a group i.a.).
